I first contacted Jason Jan. 7th and we are closing our new house today Feb. 28th. I believe by today's standards that is almost unheard of, to be able to get a mortgage and close in less than 60 days. Jason, Erica and Betsy worked with me to make sure I submitted everything they requested, and believe me you have to be prepared to produce all sorts do documents in a timely manner if you want to get a mortgage.
