On April 12, I inquired on zillow about a mortgage. That same night (a Friday) I got an email response from Jason, and subsequently a phone call the next day (Saturday). How many people in the mortgage industry make calls over a weekend. On May 24, I closed on my house with a jumbo Mortgage. He and his team were always reachable and incredibly helpful. Hunter did a great job getting us through the process. Worked with us to get our rate extended to accomodate a later close and stayed on top of making sure the bank had everything they needed.

For Jason, I have no complaints. He is very responsive. He even took my phone call during dinner with families, because it was on the day of closing and he knew it was critical to me. He did what I expected a top-notch lender to do --- straightforward, responsive, professional and supportive. My two suggestions for improvements. Jason and his team did a fantastic job! The very first day I received a detailed document outlining everything that I need to do as well as what to expect from them. It also included information about potential problems that could delay closing as well as a warning about other companies that might call and try to 'steal' the loan.
