Jason is a nice guy but that does not matter when you are trying to get a mortgage. Delivering on the mortgage is most important. My husband and I locked in a rate with SunTrust more than 60 days from our closing date. However, 4 days before the closing we still did not have a letter of commitment, and they were asking for additional documentation, including the most recent bank statement of which we had already given the prior 4 months. Really enjoyed my dealings with Mr. Hunter. He was very thorough and took time to explain the home loan process step by step. To someone who is a novice at this experience, I really appreciated the extra attention. He surely is an asset to his company.

Jason was great - from calling me on a weekend when I initially submitted my request, to continually following up with me the entire time. When I had questions, he supplied answers in a timely manner. I'd definitely use him again!

Even though I chose my credit union to finance my mortgage, Jason Hunter at SunTrust was so helpful through the process. He guided me through the FHA and conventional loan process and explained each step and item. Jason has a pleasant attitude and personality which made him easy to work with. You can't go wrong with Jason.

I recently went through a refinance on one home and purchase of a new primary residence. Jason was instrumental in getting this laborious task accomplished. He is very capable in his field and I’m convinced that had my loan been assigned to anyone else, they would not have been able to accomplish what Jason did. Excellent!!! Excellent!!!! Excellent!!!. Jason was very responsive and his entire team has been on top of everything. They are very polite, very quick to reply, very knowledgable with regard to their business. I will always use a bank and not use a mortgage broker ever again. They have saved me thousands and maybe tens of thousands throughout the life of my mortgage this has been the most efficient mortgage process ever. If you need a mortgage, this is your team.
