Fairway Mortgage made doing a long distance deal pretty easy, even with some unexpected delays on the part of the seller. All members were prompt about responding to phone calls and emails.
Every one on the team was professional and helpful every step of the way, It was not a easy loan with my credit background but they helped me every step of the way. They were very professional and explained every thing to me every step .
Jason's team walked us through a 203k loan including a consultant to help with construction after the sale. We had lots of questions because it was the first time using this loan type. The team was there to answer questions night and day, always curious and prompt. Anytime a promise was made it was kept and we came in under all the estimates. Rates were great. This was the first lender that ever showed up to one of my closings for the personal touch to ensure it was all good.
