Working with Jason and his team was nothing less than perfect. Among many traits, his staff was smart, strategic and super responsive to my questions and needs. For most closings paperwork is finalizing the day before...I had mine a week in advance and was very confident of next steps. Even though this was my first home purchase, I felt like I had gone through 10 after the preparation and time spent with Jason's team. Will use them again!!
Worked through Zillow to find Jason Hunter and his SunTrust mortgage team. The mortgage application and rate lock was handled professionally by Jason's team. All members were extremely helpful and accessible at all times. The mortgage closing was complicated because of the seller but Jason's team stuck with us and closed with the changing circumstances. Everyone was excellent and enjoyed working with everyone. Stacy was really helpful getting us through the closing process. I would highly recommend them.
Talk about team work ! It is not an easy process but having everyone pulling for you and keeping you abreast of the progress makes a huge difference . We live on the east coast of Florida and decided to work with Jason and Team after reading reviews and are so happy we did . Jason and his assistant Cynthia were both very helpful, knowledgable and pleasant to work with. I should add that getting a mortgage has become a lot more complex in comparison to just a few years ago. One should be prepared to spend a lot of time preparing, scanning, emailing/faxing the requested information some of which maybe irrelevant to the requested mortgage, but required by the financial institution. I was overall very pleased with the Jason/Cynthia team regarding their part in the morgage process. Thank you .
