Jason never called me. His assistant called me and put me on hold so Jason could say "hi". Assistant came back and told me Jason was busy and would call me back. Not a way to grow your business.

Working with Jason and his team was great. The process was streamlined, efficient, and the ease of uploading documents directly to their site was ideal. I would highly recommend working with this group as my experience was excellent.

Don't use this lender if you can help it! They branch manager will pass your loan application process to a person who lives in another state. They weren't knowledgable in dealing with VA loans but claimed they did. We had to go back and forth with them numerous times to get the paperwork corrected; it basically looked like they pencil whipped it. Yes, we were under a pretty tight deadline (25 days) but that is not an excuse to incorrectly complete the paperwork. In addition, they weren't consistent in the documents required ... read more

This is not true, the loan was denied due to fraud on the file. Clients falsely stated their application and did not like that we caught it. Cant share false information and expect for it to not be verified in todays lending. Hope you are honest on your next application.
From my initial contact with Jason to the loan finally closing he and his team went above and beyond with their customer service. Jason's team was constantly reaching out to me with updates as to the status of the loan. The overall loan process, while generally more cumbersome now compared to pre-credit crisis times, was relatively straightforward and generally painless.
