Fantastic Customer Service As stated in the title, long story short, I received a defected brake caliper, contacted them, got a return label right away.
Improved Customer Service There was a problem with my order. Summit had the same problem and refunded. I thought this was going to be a hassle but when I called the money had al;ready been refunded.
Great Place to shop I have ordered a lot of stuff for my mustang, only two places I go is American Muscle and Jegs. The parts are always right and not they take care of it immediately.

Great professional, knowledgeable Sales Brad, and Paul are 5 Star salesmen, I received my ATK Remanufactured long Block in 8 days,, and all other shipments 3, & 5 days after placing and paying for order. My only problem is follow up was less than stellar lots of being on hold, trying to get actural ETA for scheduling. Motor will be getting installed next week. Corvette Performance spark plugs I decided to upgrade my spark plugs I figured it couldn't hurt so I use these guys and I'm happy I did so. I received my order in four days and had them installed at my local mechanic in no time.

I was nervous Known of jegs for many years. Placed my 1st order on Monday. Full exhaust and new carb. After ordering peeked at some reviews and got nervous after seeing a pile of negative stuff. Almost backed out but thought heck with it. Wednesday received partial of parts. Today Thurs recieved the rest. Some of the packaging was in rough shape but parts are fine. Plasma table Ordered a plasma table delivered by fed ex ground box was thrashed missing many parts called jegs about missing parts and they fed ex express the missing parts over night Great customer service but every time you call you are on hold for over 30 minutes but I can over look that because the product was great and they take care of you when there is a problem I will buy from them again Show more
