Bought a new helmet Bought a new helmet for my kid for his racing. We paid the extra to have it on time and it actually got to us a day earlier than what they said. So they definitely are good at getting their order out the door fast. So I definitely will be ordering from them again and would recommend anybody else to use them because they definitely are a good company.
Wonderful people Ordered a part for our son, order was held up (fault FedEx), called and talked to Leighann she helped me find the part somewhere else and got it to us in time. Had to call again because the original part was lost by FedEx and it was still pending, Chlista was awesome and helped me. The long wait and headache inducing music and repeated loud "commercials" were annoying but these ladies made it worth it. Thank you Show more
Excellent There parts are of excellent quality, they ship fastly and their customer service is absolutely amazing! It's so nice to call and have a real person answer who speaks fluent English it's a rarity these days I have shopped through this company for a long time now and every time I'm happy with the results thanks jegs :)
These are super people to work with if you have a issue with parts purchsed from them Had a problem with EFI purchased from JEGS and the problem was solved to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Will continue to be a customer.
Excellent service Have ordered parts from here twice from Australia and no parts wrong or late. I got a defective part (damaged in transit) and they immediately promised to send replacement. I think that's great service and I'd use them again without doubt
Great Idk why there getting all bad reviews. I ordered a intake manifold and accessories for install for my 94 Chevy Silverado, and I received great conditioned parts within 3 days to my house. Great service!
We Can work it out! I bought an engine and what started to be a fiasco finally turned into a better situation. I will admit that I was getting wary about the whole thing and then a couple of special support people stepped in and made things work. Nancy C and Bob G they made it work and got the answers I needed as well as a couple of credits I will be running my engine this week a lot so now I wait for my core deposit back. No problems yet. I've had pretty good experiences with these guys. Ordered several different items on several occasions, most of the time the stuff arrives in 2 days, sometimes back ordered or you get a holiday thrown in there and its over a week, it all depends. Called them for a question and you get courteous, knowledgeable people right her in America. I have several items to send back (all my fault) and this will be the real test, even though I have to pay for shipping almost all my items I buy over the 100 free shipping ... read more
