Charge me to send back wrong parts that they ordered for me... Won't be ordering and thing from jegs again... they order my parts for me Sent the wrong ones and then told me to pay for shipping... I should have just ordered from local auto parts...
Stole my money I ordered a transmission, gave them specific directions to leave inside my property by grass in front of car. They left it on the street supposedly 200 yards away from my home on a main road. I never received this $2000 transmission and they don't want to refund me
Worst customer service and products! I bought a tci th350 4x4 maximizer transmission in march of this Year and i recently got the transmission installed in the truck last month and I've reached out multiple times because the detent for the rooster comb is broke and was broke befor I installed it I spent alot of money to get what I thought was a good heavy duty transmission I had high hopes for this i was told these things can happen in transit so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and drained the fluid dropped the pan and ... read more
Just use your local parts shop So I used to work at a major semi parts warehouse and I realize the work it takes to keep it going smoothly. I am disappointed in the shipping time change. I ordered 7/29 but they didn't ship until 8/2? It takes 3 days to pull some brakes? Wow, cause a 115 lb lady with one arm can pull 15-20 semi clutches (which are way heavier) a shift. Wrong item they want me to pay return shipping I ordered some parts for my truck and one of the items didn't fit my truck they wanted me to pay return shipping I feel like that isn't right just so that everyone knows when you shop on there website shop by vehicle and you get the wrong items you are responsible for return shipping I feel like that is not even right I have ordered several thousand dollars of items from them and they won't even right there wrong I will never order here again summit racing here I come
Problems with shipping again I run a small shop and order parts from multiple vendors weekly. Every time I place an order from Jegs there is issues with shipping. Save yourself the headache and order from Summit.
Disappointed Just got my new welding cart came messed up and mangled. Now they want me to go buy a new Box to put it in to return it.
Sandblast cabinet I ordered this sandblast cabinet in october, they sent half of it, they said the other half wouldn't ship until july! It's july, I cannot get a hold of anyone, they keep saying last name, zip code invalid! I called and sat on hold for a half an hour, I just gave up! Don't order from these guys, it is a scam! I spent over $300 on a half of a cabinet, I can't use!
Product never received! JEGG's refuse refund or replacement! DO NOT PATRONIZE! I made a purchase from Jeggs.com on Mon, Mar 14,11:07 PM. On MAR 19th, I emailed JEGGS asking for tracking, where is my order. I received NO response from Jeggs. See attachments for all these emails.
