This company is TRASH. BEWARE. Don't buy I have spent thousand of Dollars with this company and recently made a lousy $250 purchase. First they didn't ship it for weeks, then after I called them and asked why, they blamed it on Covid and shipping delays. They then told me they were shipping it and I never received the package. CROOKS Complete order shipped heads never came. Called they were back ordered although showed shipped and charged for complete order. Was told back ordered will ship on 7 days and would be Called if not. Didn't ship in 10 days now 5 to 6 months out and ask for refund. What a joke and huge waist of my time. Best to spend your $$$ at SUMMIT Racing.
Duked by jegs on engine delivery date I ordered a Chevy 350 motor on January 22nd of 2022 and was given a delivery date of march 22nd. On May 18th I called to c why my motor was 8 weeks late. They told me they were a little behind I might have my motor by August. That's 7 month not the 2 month I was quoted. Very inept customer service managment You cannot count on this company to help you if your online order goes missing or you have an issues with components. They have consistently made it my problem and not offered any constructive help in any way shape or form. I have had everything small stuff to large engine components with issues and they answer to something like " sorry that sounds like a problem for you". AWFUL I literally wouldn't even give them one star. I ordered a product from them, check order status one day later, and the product is on back order. Their policy specifically states the customer would be notified if a product is on back order so they have the option to cancel the order, etc. I was not notified. I then tried to call them several times waiting on hold for over an hour, sometimes two hours at a time, to try to cancel my order and no one ever answers. Complete and total incompetence Don't shop here… These people are highly incompetent… They sent me the wrong bolt pattern for the wheels that I ordered…after saying sorry while expressing no empathy they dumped me back in the Queue for another 30 minute wait with no one there willing to take ownership of the issue…
Scam Alert. Bad Business Yea these people took 400.00 from me and scammed me out of a intellitronix digital instrument cluster. My package said it was delivered however I did not receive it. Called them the next day and they said they would start a trace on the package. I called every other day for a month and a half. Terrible business practice and false advertisement on price match! Called and placed an order with a sales person for a will call pick up at thier warehouse for a distributor and a voltage regulator. Summit racing had the same regulator for $33.99, jegs price was $77.99 so i ask about price matching it and sales rep said yes they do and would price match it. Heartless customer service Ihave bought alot of parts from jeggs. Last year my husband bought a camaro. H was excited to have all perfect. He ordered cregars.He recieved the front almost right away, however the back cregars just came last Friday.
