ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Ordered a remanufactured motor from Jegs for $5,000 shipping was fast, but the headache started from there, the motor shot codes right away and they won't take it back, I took it to 3 mechanics and eventually Dodge to figure out that camshaft and lifters are bad... Which means bad motor. I contacted the manufacturers (ATK) and they might be even worse than Jegs! My car has now at in a shop for almost 2 months and nothing has been done... Crap Don't ever buy a motor from this company when it goes wrong they don't help you fix it they send you to another company ATK which sucks with less than 10,000 miles on my motor the rear main seal leaks and the head gaskets went now they expect me to pay a mechanic shop to have the thing fixed and then they say they'll reimburse me which I can't afford to do so until I can afford to do that I'm screwed 2300 for a motor that sucks
Horrible customer service As I type this review I have been on hold for 2 hours and counting, I wanted to return some parts I had to prepay 10.47 +tax to return each item, then when I clicked to print return label, the return label would not come up to print, they dontse d a copy to your mail leaving no choice but to call and wait on endless hole, never again will I order from jegs this is straight bull$#*!, I've wasted 2 +hours of my life and gave no clue if they are even going to answer my call!
Price Match - NOT! CLEARLY false advertising going on. I am (or have been) a very loyal Jegs customer that regularly works on multiple projects in my small business. Recently I noticed a price for a part at Summit Racing was $20.50 cheaper and inquired about Jegs Price Matching after thoroughly reading their policy. "Oh yes we can match that price they said"... and took my money for the lower Summit Price. Terrible customer interaction Needed to cancel an order that was placed back in march. No option on their website. Calling them takes 60-90 minutes of hold time just for a 30 second conversation. Guy in the sales dept hung up on me saying it's not his dept
Parts I got a power steering box that was not as described will not fit jegs will do nothing about it. Lost $560.00
Very disappointed They ship out wrong parts and we have to pay to ship them back... NOT WITH SUMMIT AND MOST PLACES! NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT JEGS
Double shipped and charged me twice! Try to do a return. You have to pay for shipping even if it's their fault or a defective item. Customer service number is the worst ever. I literally waited for 2 hours and still didn't get through to anyone. Tried the next day. On hold for 45 minutes, still didn't get through. I finally said forget this and paid for a shipping label. Do not waste your time, order somewhere else!
