Shipping with Fedex I have been a customer of Jegs for many years without issues. Now i order parts and my delivery date has come and gone. The problem i have is maybe Jegs needs to find another shipping service that can deliver the products when promised without delay or issue. I see Amazon trucks everywhere delivering products and dont seem to have issues like this, if things dont change or Jegs chooses not to change or fix their dilliema i will just simply start to order parts from amazon. Worst company I have experienced If I could give 0 stars I would. Will never order from this place again. Worst process and customer service I have ever experienced. From ordering (4) caps and only being sent 3 because that's all they had in stock (even though it said 12 online)... then being told my payment declined because you had only charged me for the 3 parts sent and then charged a separate transaction for the 1 sent later. Stay away. Company sales service is horrible Made a simple inquiry about parts shipment after a 3 week wait with no update. Response came back that there was no update and they could not provide one. I stated this was unsatisfactory and I would likely be canceling my order. The very next day I got a cancelation notice without consent. Questioned them again and they stated I told them to do so. I will never purchase from JEGS again. EVER!
Been waiting 2 months on a refund I bought a Hood that Jegs said would fit my truck upon receiving it was for a Chevy not a Ford. Called and they set up a return and i Immediately bought the correct hood. Its been almost 2 months since i returned the Chevy Hood and Jegs said they refunded me but i have no Credits on my account. Bad business Two months ago I gave them $288.88 for 2 rims, they couldn't fill my order, now I've been trying get my money back for a month and still haven't got a dime back every time I call I get one lie after the next. RIP OFF'S
