After trying to negotiate deals with other Kia dealers and failing, we finally made it to Joe Myer with a promise that Jason Taylor, our Kia sales rep, would work with us. Having been screwed and lied many times from other dealers, we came. Wow~ He is the most nicest, patient, and helpful sales rep I've ever worked with (I kept changing my mind). I had a wonderful buying experience at Joe Myers Mazda. They went through great lengths to get me the car I wanted. They beat every price I had been given on the new Mazda 3 sedans and got a top of the line trim at a lower price than the lower trim! Exemplary service. Joe Myers Ford We were treated like first class buyers all the way. Our sales rep, Curtis, was never pushy. We explained to him what three cars we were interested in purchasing. He explained the price differences and packages. We test drove two of the cars and made a decision. Credit work is always a pain but the financial people up stairs worked with us. I already pooped on Don McGill with my other review, so I thought I'd say something nice here about Joe Myers. We needed a new vehicle after I wrecked our other. I needed a new Toyota dealership since DMG and Sterling McCall were on my poop list, but since we had a month of car rental credit with the insurance, we weren't in a rush and were willing to stand firm and not get screwed. Kia side of things: I was in a pinch to by a new car (my car was totaled) but I had been looking around about a month before anyway. I knew exactly what I wanted and most importantly at the price I wanted it. There are a number of negative reviews out there on the great intarweb on Joe Myers so I was a bit apprehensive to deal with them .. they proved all those naysayers wrong! SO..how & why I ended up buying from them was I did an internet price quote via a car review website. I got a prompt reply via my preferred method of contact , email. Only followed up by a phone call days after I did not reply. This is part a Kia problem and part this place problem. I bought a brand new car and now I am on the 8th replacement of plastic trim under the windows. 8. They said I have to wait 1.5 hours in the service department to even tell me if they have the part, which he said they likely don't. So an hour and a half wasted when he could simply check inventory right now and order the part. No one here is helpful, once you buy the car they don't care.

The service advisor listened to my issues and answered some questions I had ask. Then when I'm driving home,1 1/2 hours, I see they did not check the air in the tires, which I pointed out to the advisor!! Then, because I knew what each tire pressure was, I had checked them before I left home. Then, I realized they did not rotate my tires which I paid for!!! So, then I'm thinking what else did I pay for that was not done !!!! Won't go back that's for sure!!!!!!!
