When and if you get your car serviced here be careful. Today 03/05/2025 I went in to get an oil change & tire rotation as part of a service contract, I also had a recall service made. I get my car back drive to the grocery store and when I'm about to leave my car won't start or turn on, call them back and explains my situation, they told me it was the battery that needed replacing without proper diagnosing. I you have to service your Kia, make sure you don't get Zac. Completely incompetent to the point of believing his is intentionally trolling you. Had to get service for 2 recalls. Brought it in and would get updates from him as i was waiting (we completed one recall, now working on other, etc.). After two and a half hours comes and tells they didn't have the parts for either recall! Says will call me when they are ready. Of course, never calls. Worst place to buy a car! They are rude, and just unprofessiona! I spoke to the manager and he answered a call in the middle of our conversation regarding my concerns for a check that was supposed to be given to me but the dealership took it. Then I proceed to walk out and he comes to ask me if I'm ok? No, I am not. DO NOT BUY HER! Brandon was our dale man's and he's an asshole!

Absolutely horrific. Vehicle went in because it would not accelerate. All of a sudden it needs a new engine. in order to get a new engine, we had to go through Kia corporate and be approved which took weeks and months of information and in my opinion took way too long. Vehicle ended up being in the shop for two months for an engine problem.... Then once the engine finally gets replaced all of a sudden the starter is destroyed and needs to be replaced, which makes no sense at all because the vehicle was able to start multiple... read more

I am Donnie I had my KIA tow to Joe Myers kia and the service left so much to be desire. I was looking online for a car because my engine blew and got a call from used cars. Told them exactly what I needed and got there they said all they could do was a 2017 mini Cooper which was more than I wanted to spend but at that point I had really no option. my carnival has been there since jan19... asked for a loaner - nope - the only information I get is when I call... my battery died and it's 2 months old.. they asked me to come replace it so they could finish getting codes off the computer because it ran out of juice during their checks.. I am 74 years and have bought maybe 20 new cars over the years. Never buy from this dealer. Worst experience ever. First I went to this dealer and got a price and left. Called in hour and said I would do deal of they would take $1000 off the final price. Salesman Eric agreed. Got ride there only to find out he could not take the $1000 off the price.
