Thank you Claudia for your great service!!! Unfortunately, we are finding the pricing increase and reduction of portion and size of Stella a scam. It used to be excellent quality price but now, everything is too expensive…who pays $21 for wings and $26 for a small burger…used to love it but won’t go back for dinner.

We had high hopes for Joey’s Lansdowne after enjoying many great meals at other Joey’s locations, but this visit fell short. We noted in our reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary and requested a booth, but were told upon arrival that a booth would be difficult to accommodate. We were seated at a table directly beside the sliding patio door, and the constant draft made it uncomfortable — especially disappointing since a nearby booth sat empty for most of our meal. Every item has increased by $20 in the last few months. My $75 plate was cold and my garlic toast was grilled to perfection but totally cold. We had 2.5 hrs to eat and still were rushed to make our movie. We bought 4 $100 gift cards at Xmas and used the last one on Sunday. We will not be going there anymore. Jack Astor's next door is much much cheaper and very good.

I’m normally a big fan of Joey Lansdowne, but my experience this past Friday fell short of expectations. When I arrived, I was told there would be a wait; however, I was able to secure a reservation through OpenTable for just 10 minutes later, which was a bit confusing. While waiting, I noticed other guests being offered complimentary drinks, but none were provided to us. The music was very loud. They forgot to give us an appetizer that we ordered. Overall it wasn’t the best experience I have had at Joeys.

We were a table of 6 the seating here is not the greatest especially when you have the servers ass in your face when they are trying to take the order from the next table. The server we had was not knowledgeable when it came to having bourbon at the bar, she was not very attentive when it came to drinks. My husband ordered the Ribeye and asked for pasta instead of mashed potatoes. The answer he got was “ well I don’t know if I can do that?” I’ll have to check. The answer should just be yes! Always had top service both on waiting and from kitchen at Joey Landsdowne. .recent visit for a friends birthday and Super disappointed with poor service, low quality food “steak sent back-veggies covered in some sauce” and I mean covered . Manager came by and seemed irritated. Offered fries for the wait on a new steak only to be charged for them. Nothing was offered to rebate for poor food and service. Paid the bill and left. Very disappointed.

Terrible server, left plates on the table long after the meal was finished. The wine we ordered was not in stock but the server failed to inform us until I inquired about the wine we ordered. We did not have wine for the appetizers it arrived during the main course. It was necessary to wave the server down for service rather than her checking on our table. Joey is normally excellent but this most recent experience was a disappointment.
