Had a six pm reservation, seated at 6:05pm Waited until 6:35pm and then left as no one had even taken a drink order. Manager called to apologize and offered food to return but we declined. Manager said she would email me a gift certificate for next time BUT she didn’t do that either. Very disappointed as it was a birthday celebration and we drove in from 3 hours away and wanted Joey to be part of our little getaway

My only complaint is that I ordered a 16 oz rib-eye medium rare and it came medium to medium well. No pink in the middle. I didn't want to return such an expensive steak. Still was good but obviously not what I ordered and it would have tasted better medium rare. Won't be ordering steak from Joey's moving forward.
They went from having the best happy hour to the worst. Some of the best items have been removed from their happy hour menu. Definitely not worth the drive anymore 
This was my third time coming there my first experience was absolutely awful. I give it a second chance and that was amazing. Went there back there yesterday, the host were absolutely amazing. My servers were absolutely terrible. Sat there 15 minutes. No one would take our orders we had to ask to give our order in for appetizers. Love Joeys and we are regulars however the food is often served cold because it’s sits for a long time waiting to be picked up by the server. We rarely say anything but the last time it was we sent it back only to have it replaced with more cold food. Not good enough for the price so I’m afraid we are going to go elsewhere. The food itself is excellent and the service is outstanding but we are fed up with cold food.
They closed their patio in the evening and did not inform us even though we had made a reservation for 4 people. If they had informed us we could have gone to another place of our choice but by not informing us we were forced to dine at Joey's as no place accepts last minute reservations. We spoke to Rubina the manager on duty who first said that they called us but when I showed her my phone log to prove that I did not receive any call, she then apologized but did nothing for us. Upstairs lounge is very understaffed. Took 20 mins to get water and meal took 3 hours due to lack of service.
My experience this past Friday was unfortunately disappointing from start to finish. Despite having a 9:15 reservation, we were not seated for 25 minutes. I checked in with the hostess twice. The second time, she admitted she had forgotten about us. From there, several things went wrong. Some of our food and drinks were incorrect, a dietary request on a salad was ignored, and when my brother brought it up, the server was rude.
