We waited 15 minutes before anyone actually approached the table and the only reason they approach the table was because I had to go to the hostess and asked if we had a server or could be moved to another section or server was present. When we ordered the drinks, it took me 10 minutes for them to get to us. I don't think I'll be visiting Joey Sherway anytime soon or recommend it to anyone.
Wanted to give this location another try. Service was 100. But the burger and fries were very salty. I didn’t eat the fries and half the burger. No, I didn’t complain as I didn’t want to make a big deal in front of my guest. I’m not sure I will be back as the food quality hasn’t been there lately. Have been coming to this location since it opened.
Most of the food on the menu listed a ‘spicy’ ingredient. That was weird. It was difficult to find something none spicy to eat. Also, the service was terrible. Couldn’t get a glass of water refilled. Dessert took 20 minutes to arrive.
We ordered a hamburger cheese burger no cheese came with it It was terrible the waitress didnt know how to explain why there was no cheese Worst hamburger in my life

Music is too loud. Service is subpar and minimum tip is 18%. Portions are not big enough for the price and the hosts at the restaurant were more bland than the chicken. Do better
The steak and mashed potatoes are amazing!!! But the crispy/burnt rapini or spinach was bitter and too much cream sauce.
I ordered a gluten free bun for my burger but they forgot to swap it and they had to replace it. The burger finally arrived after everyone had eaten. Otherwise food was good
