Initially we were thrilled with the service, and we found a coach we loved. They helped us through the process and everyone was nice. When it came time to talk money they played hardball, but then you have to expect that. We did not get a deal on our coach but we paid a reasonable price. Initially we were very pleased. Our first trip with the new RV was during fairly cool weather. On the way back I turned on the AC to see how it worked and it did not work at all- just hot air. I called our sales rep and left a message askin... read more

Although we didn't buy our motorhome from Johnson, we chose to use them for a repair (as they were pre-approved by our insurance company). We also used them to install a tow bar. Both experiences were disappointing. The repair took longer than expected, which is certainly forgivable, except that we are still, two months later, waiting on a window shade. Since we have left the area to travel, the shade will have to be shipped to us (not sure how that will work) and we will have to install it ourselves. We got our coach back w... read more

Maybe Brandon directly oversees things at the main Oregon Johnson RV, but things are different across state lines at Puyallup WA location. Our Yelp review posted on that location site may be disputed by Brandon, but the bottom line is we are unable to recommend Johnson RV to anybody for purchase of RV. The service guy was great in Puyallup, but we recently learned he's now gone - very concerned for our future maintenance needs! So unfortunate things were not resolved timely - we are very disappointed!

We are seriously looking for a specific class A motorhome. We found the one we were looking for at Johnson RV. After contacting them through their web site a sales representative called that evening, hours after our contact. The request was to provide a price for the motorhome. After four days and multiple calls they refused to provide a price unless we provided a $5,000 deposit and copies of our drivers license! I declined and requested a selling price again. The sales representative informed me that is not how they do busi... read more

I have had my Jayco Granite Ridge for 8 years. I had a repair done by Johnson's, now in Sandy at a new location for about 3 years for them The repair and the experience was the worst I have ever had with a vehicle in 37 years of driving. It took 3 visits, and the repair still on the refrigerator in the motor home is not correct. There is also bait and switch, or very minimum lack of clear explanation, on repair that is being done, and then I was stuck with a much larger bill. Calling for explanation from head of service... read more

When we bought our used rv, we were told we had 60 days of warranty. We took our rv in for repair to the refrigerator door. The latch was broken and would not stay shut. Their solution was a nice, new, shiny bolt that screwed down into the door to keep it shut. Opening the door will take unscrewing it each time. When we complained about the fix, they tried a different pin, but it didn't fit.... and then they were done. ... and now we are done with Johnson RV.

I should have heeded some of the reviews I read here before purchasing my RV from Johnson RV. It felt good in the process. Our Salesperson was excellent and the transaction was smooth. The problem is they nickel and dime you in their store to get you outfitted. Given the outlay I just gave them, you'd think they'd throw some basics in as a goodwill package to new owners. Just 3 weeks later, I have a motorhome that is not operational and a crank handle came off in my wife's hands. Johnson's response? They did talk with... read more

I would not return to this place. The service was very poor, We were left on the lot to look at the RVs by ourselves, no one to answer questions and it was a very hot day!
