The message here is that THERE IS NO LEMON LAW! If there is - please let me know! Here's the basic timeline and I'll let you decide: 1/12/16 - Purchased New 2015 Jayco Precept from Johnson RV. 2/12/16 - Picked up and returned RV home. 2/28/16 - Discover that one of the lower storage compartments was FULL OF WATER. Also that there was also significant amount of water inside under the slide. Mold covered BBQ, Chairs, Camp supplies, ETC. 3/04/16 - Contacted management and asked for a full refund - DENIED. We... read more

Their sales person was pleasant enough but would not budge on the selling price. It was $20,000 over average retail as reported by Nada Guides. I will take my business elsewhere.

I would steer clear of this dealership. My family and I stopped in today to try to look at a couple class c rv's. Before we could even get over to look at the exterior of the coach we were intercepted by a salesman. He insisted that we first sit down and answer a series of questions. I told him I simply wanted to look at a couple rv's and was not there to answer questions. He said it would only take a couple minutes. He said he needed to know our price range and our names. I proceeded to tell him we weren't for sure ... read more

When we test drove our motorhome before buying it, engine alarm came on, the reassured us it was nothing and they would take care of it! We went back a week later to pick it up and on the way home, which was a 4 hour drive the engine alarm came on again! We took it to the nearest Cat dealer, and they found that the turbo needed to be replaced... We had to fight to get Johnson RV to pay for it.. They argued because we didn't buy the warranty! We said we at least expected it to make it home bridge needing repair! They did pay ... read more

I,m not sure about the other Johnson RV Dealerships but the one in Sandy Oregon was a complete disappointment in customer service we are done with this dealership. To bad we have always tried to buy from local business within our community

I was extremely disappointed in this dealership. Unless you want to spend a hundred grand, they pretty much don't want your business. The salesman was nice enough but just not willing to deal. My mom has bought two other motorhomes from them and yet they still do not care. You would think being a returning customer they would be really urgent to take care of returning business. Not a chance. That I'm better than you attitude is just not cool. Camping world service department does suck, but their salesman are much more friend... read more

When I began to have furnace problems, I chose Johnson RV because it was close by. Initially, I requested a appointment online through their web site. After not hearing back from them on a specific time or date, I called and set up the appointment. The day of the appointment I dropped the coach off in the morning and everything seemed fine. I notified them that I did have a extended warranty and explained my issue with the furnace. About four hours later I received a call that they had found my problem (a loose wire), fixed ... read more

Johnson RV does not repair RVs that are not purchased from them. Seems like poor policy to me plus a possible lost sales opportunity. Pity the poor person needing service on their way up or down the mountain. I guess I won't be buying an RV from them.

horrible customer service good repair work let me explain. To make a long story short the service manager horrible. never returns calls when you talk to him he always sounds like he is lying and you can never feel like you trust the guy. I actually heard employees complaining about him and I will agree with them. He is very arrogant. I had high expectations for this place at first. The collision estimator came to my rv while I was on vacation and took care of everything as far writing an estimate submitting it t insuranc... read more
