I am so disappointed. I am thoughtful about my reviews. Since I left this review, Johnson RV failed us. They did not properly license our Leisure Travel and we incurred tax penalties. My husband did all the legwork and no accountability. They will not return our calls or emails. We will never do business with them again.

I had Johnson RV consign our campervan last year and wish we didn't bother. It was great for them to come pick it up, post, etc. however in retrospect it was almost 'too good to be true'. After hearing how'd they sell it within a couple weeks, communication was lacking / disjointed. This is primarily about the Johnson RV facility in Fife,Washingto. We bought a Leisure Travel from Johnson in the fall. It was sold to us on consignment. The same week we purchased the rv my wife was diagnosed with Parkinson'. Our hope was to negate the purchase due to the circumstances but apparently that was not possible. Sense we hadn't taken possession of the rv we opted to sell the unite on consignment with Johnson. Well their offer to was $35,000 less than we and just paid the week before. Johnson RV messed up my excellent credit score then did the RV inspection and so call found a problem and could not sell it. They should have found the problem first before sending my credit information all over. Their mistake has count me dearly when I found an RV elsewhere. It took my excellent credit score and changed it to just good. I would not trust these people.
Waited 5 1/2 hours to get an estimate for repairs. I mistakenly thought there would be repairs done but was never informed that it was only an estimate. I also wanted to look at an RV on their lot and the salesperson I was dealing with disappeared saying he had to talk to his manager. 2 hours later I had to text him find out if he could show me the RV I was interested in. CAUTION: Johnson RV Sandy, OR - Use much caution when dealing with the Finance Managers here. What could have been a 4 star purchase from Johnson RV, has now dropped to a 1 star, due to unethical, unprofessional business practices, dishonest untrue statements, refusal to return calls/emails and HUGE delays in a refund for an overrated, below industry standard extended warranty. Johnson RV was eager to sell you a trailer and an extended warranty but they don't care when something goes wrong. They don't get you in for months. They don't disclose stuff that isn't covered but tell you to read the fine print. You go to get it fixed and parts didn't get ordered. They tell you they are going to mail them to you and they don't. From my previous review I received a message from Johnson RV who said that someone would be contacting me. Of course that never happened. Send a message to Pablo in March still waiting to hear from him about the water leak. Send a message to Pablo two days ago about the "new dryer" that has broken down twice now and the corroded batteries that they put in our RV in February still have not heard anything. Visited several times during covid looking for an RV and reached out on line. Was left with impression that if you were not dressed like you had wads of cash ready to put down then they wouldn't talk to you or follow up. They do not advertise the price of many of their RV's listed on line and when you do contact them, (if you get a response) they will probably tell that its gone, leaving you wondering if the listings are not real but just a way of fishing for customers.
