October 2025 I bought my second RV from them a 2004 Trail Lite Motorhome by R-Vision. This place will over charge you for your RV. They care until you buy your RV, then you are not important to them anymore. They will lie and tell you the extended warranty is handled thru them and it is NOT! If you have a problem they will give an 800 # that has nothing to do with them and that company is NOT nice. The service department is terrible, the woman there that books your service does not follow thru with your service request. I did report the problem to her manager however he is useless as well. Full time RVer for two years now. Wife and I have been talking about class A rigs for a while now. We were staying near Mt Hood and saw the dealership and decided to drop in. Currently have a 2015 Ram 3500 and a 2018 Bighorn 5th wheel. Being retired I still make very good money. Now I'm not gonna waste their time or ours if I didn't see anything that caught my eye but I did. Tried a few class A doors and all were locked. Understandable be retired cop. If there was an option for 0 stars I'd use it. Headed out to camp with my best friends parents. They were having an issue getting a slide in all the way. They stopped in on our way out of town. Their service department wouldn't talk to them because they didn't purchase their trailer there. Service is service no matter where the trailer was purchased. My experience with Johnson was not great. It started out fine, they have a nice indoor showroom full of a mix of mostly used and some new RVs, and the salesperson that was helping us let us explore on our own without being pushy. But if you find something used that you like there, you're only going to be able to buy it if you're prepared to overpay for it. In early July my wife and I purchased a 2019 Jaco Greyhawk Prestige 30XP from Johnson RV in Sandy Oregon. Overall, Our purchase experience turned out to be a disappointment, when we showed up to pickup our new motorhome the staff had prepped the wrong RV for delivery. We sadly aloud them to talk us into taking the motorhome they prepared for delivery in place of the one we originally wanted...Mistake! We ended up with a 2018 30XP titled as a 2019. Total lack of communication. We signed a purchase agreement 07/23 with delivery date 08/08. There were several items on the due list. I followed up with the sales person, Chris Redd on 08/05 and his email stated:" I will check tomorrow and send you an email. I'm sure everything is on track. Last time I checked everything was on. Someone from finance should call you tomorrow to confirm everything." (Strike # 1) Bought a 2006 Fleetwood Pacearrow, which seemed pretty clean for what it was. The buying experience was somewhat shifty. We needed to sign an agreement stating that we were ok with the terms of our loan being set at 4% interest and after both parties signs it means we pretty much bought an RV, both parties signed the contract. but when we came to pick up the motor home all of a sudden our interest is now 7% so much for a contract. A couple of words of caution: They charge top dollar for their used motor homes so I thought that they would have checked the rig out. The dealer pointed out that it had new tires, but last year we had three terrifying BLOWOUTS at highways speed. This year we had two tread separations. This was with constant checking on tire pressure. (we also had one other flat) We are now nervous about any more trips. Stay away from the Hercules brand of tire!
