I'm not sure why its called premium RV Dealership. I flew to pick up our 2017 Jayco Melbourne. As I was about 45 min down (15 hour trip back home) the road the RV started shaking when I hit 60 mph. I had to stop at a tire shop to find out all the tires were completely out of balance. This is after paying cash for a $120,000 RV. I ended up waiting at tire shop for 4 hours to be fixed right after I picked it up. The manager called me back to tell me they only test drive it at 55 mph because the road in front of their dealersh... read more
No good experiences here at all. Looked at 3 or 4 motorhomes here on different occasions. They would consistently take up at least an hour of my time qualifying me just to get to see one they had advertised. Most inventory is purchased at repo auctions, condition is sketchy at best and they will white wash stuff. When it comes to putting something their on consignment or selling, forget it. You will be low balled and remember one of their tactics is to take up a lot of your time. So much so that you will have a vested intere... read more
LOWER EXPECTATIONS, AND YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED After many years of research and development we found our dream RV which turned out to be a class B camper van. Despite all the warnings and advice about the poor service after a sale we felt good about our purchase price and experience with the sales and financing people. We were informed during the sales/financing process that there was a problem with the onboard generator and it needed to be sent out for repair. For a lot of reasons we decided to move forward with comple... read more
Buyer beware - we wanted to purchase a used Class B and felt that going through a reputable dealer would ensure we would have a fully operable vehicle that went through inspections and be fully repaired. We were pressured to reserve a coach that they had acquired but didn't have on site. The salesperson ensured us that $5K down would put us in a great coach that would go through a thorough inspection and anything broken would be replaced or fixed. And, if we weren't completely satisfied then we would get our money back. We w... read more
We recently bought a brand new 2022 Winnebago Solis Pocket on 9/11 and everyone who helped us were very polite and kind. We love the RV, despite some lingering pre-delivery issues. Our first dilemma is that we had heard about the huge markups on RVs, but were somehow convinced by the salesman that Johnson RV's higher prices were worth it for their fast and high quality service department...Ha! We ended up overpaying by 20k for our van (based on findings days later) compared to identical Pockets at other dealerships. That re... read more
It took filing a complaint with the Washington state BBB to get my issue resolved. Johnson RV reimbursed us with most of the expense incurred due to the toilet biohazard. For future reference if buying a previously owned RV, get in writing from the dealer that they will be responsible for repair of unseen problems at the time of purchase.
My husband and I were expecting a positive experience with Johnson RV. We spoke to Austin on the phone and negotiated a price on our 2 year old motorhome. A date was arranged to inspect our motorhome. Since we had it inspected from the top of the roof to the tires we knew it was in excellent condition. Also it's beautiful. A luxury motorhome. My husband and I decided to sell because of lingering health reasons. If you decide to sell your RV to Johnson RV be prepared for the inspector who will arrive at your home to "find" ... read more
Our experience with this dealer started with an ad on RV Trader. I contacted the dealer to request a price on a 19ft Airstream and spoke with Sammy. She confirmed it was still available and gave me the price. We set up a appointment the following Tuesday. We live a 2 hour drive from the dealer so I confirmed before we left they still had this trailer. Ten minutes before we arrived she called and told us someone else was looking at this trailer. When we arrived she said it sold. Since we were there we looked at other units on... read more
I bought 2017 Pleasureway in July 2019, after getting a lawyer, the title finally shows up Dec 2019. With a lot of "excuses" as to why it was delayed. In the mean time I find the vehicle has a dangerous recall attached on the airbags. I want to return this RV, with total refund! I was not informed about any recalls. I was charged for plates and tags, when I told them I already have disabled veteran plates good for my lifetime! I do not pay registration fees! This company has FAILED AND POSSIBLY COMMITTED DEALERSHIP FRAUD.
