Johnson RV was eager to sell you a trailer and an extended warranty but they don't care when something goes wrong. They don't get you in for months. They don't disclose stuff that isn't covered but tell you to read the fine print. You go to get it fixed and parts didn't get ordered. They tell you they are going to mail them to you and they don't. They hire unreliable help and they don't back what they told you. They gave an excuse for everything. Our warranty wore out because of all the delays and it cost us $500. They did... read more

From my previous review I received a message from Johnson RV who said that someone would be contacting me. Of course that never happened. Send a message to Pablo in March still waiting to hear from him about the water leak. Send a message to Pablo two days ago about the "new dryer" that has broken down twice now and the corroded batteries that they put in our RV in February still have not heard anything. Visited several times during covid looking for an RV and reached out on line. Was left with impression that if you were not dressed like you had wads of cash ready to put down then they wouldn't talk to you or follow up. They do not advertise the price of many of their RV's listed on line and when you do contact them, (if you get a response) they will probably tell that its gone, leaving you wondering if the listings are not real but just a way of fishing for customers. We purchased a new RV and have had to have a lot of warranty work done. At first we loved our service department representative, but he left and now the Service Department appears to be understaffed and overwhelmed. We have called numerous times to make an appointment and only get voicemail. Nobody calls us back.

My wife and I bought our 1st class A motorhome which had everything we ever want and only 12k miles minus the tow package in which we can have installed down the road. Great salespeople, very professional. We purchased it February 3rd but they needed to keep it for the 1st week to check it all-out which we were impressed with along with the 60 day warranty. We drove it 700 miles to southern Oregon and back to see our grandson wrestle and on that trip the ck Engine light came on and over 50mph the steering has a bad shake ... read more

I'm not sure why its called premium RV Dealership. I flew to pick up our 2017 Jayco Melbourne. As I was about 45 min down (15 hour trip back home) the road the RV started shaking when I hit 60 mph. I had to stop at a tire shop to find out all the tires were completely out of balance. This is after paying cash for a $120,000 RV. I ended up waiting at tire shop for 4 hours to be fixed right after I picked it up.  The manager called me back to tell me they only test drive it at 55 mph because the road in front of their dealersh... read more

No good experiences here at all. Looked at 3 or 4 motorhomes here on different occasions. They would consistently take up at least an hour of my time qualifying me just to get to see one they had advertised. Most inventory is purchased at repo auctions, condition is sketchy at best and they will white wash stuff. When it comes to putting something their on consignment or selling, forget it. Buyer beware - we wanted to purchase a used Class B and felt that going through a reputable dealer would ensure we would have a fully operable vehicle that went through inspections and be fully repaired. We were pressured to reserve a coach that they had acquired but didn't have on site. The salesperson ensured us that $5K down would put us in a great coach that would go through a thorough inspection and anything broken would be replaced or fixed.
