Researched various camper van conversions for months, and while traveling through Oregon found Johnson RV and stopped by for a moment. This dealership for the Mercedes vans was terrific - had it all. Carries the main manufacturers and has deep knowledge of them all, did not push any one company - just gave accurate information. 5 stars on everything. I cannot say enough great things about Johnson RV. I stayed the winter close to Mt. Hood and would drive to Johnson RV in Sandy whenever I needed propane or other small things for my Airstream. They always had the best prices on gas. I happily gave them my service for both price and how friendly and informative the staff was. Then, something unfixable by myself happened with the electrical to my RV. I had a less than favorable experience that I have posted about. However I now wish I had talked to the General Manager before posting. I now feel this was a rash judgement about the entire dealership when only one person was the real problem. I now feel that one person will no longer be a problem. I really feel that John Moore is the sales person to go to and the GM is more than willing and capable of handling any problem you may in counter. 2014 I plan on making it a point to visit them.
Johnson RV has extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, plus a great selection of RV's. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking to buy. Their prices are low, and the service is always stellar!

I purchased the extended warranty and have now taken my van in three times for a leak that is still unresolved. Each time, I was told they could not find the issue--even though the leak is obvious. At one point, they claimed it must have been fixed when they "tightened things," but the leak is still present. They also replaced the battery relay, but when I picked up my van the battery was dead and the AC had been left running. We purchased a used RV from Johnson that was on consignment at the end of 2024. This was a six figure purchase. This saga is now coming to and end late 2025. Initial sale went well. When buying a used RV from Johnson, they tout a 70plus point inspection of your purchase. Keep in mind, all of the items I am bringing up are on their 70 plus point PDI inspection report.
