Josh and his team at United Lending were absolutely incredible to work with! We've bought a few houses in the last few years and the process this time around was Josh was by far the easiest I've ever had. He's incredibly prompt to respond and keeps you in the loop on everything. I highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a home in the Austin area!

So first I want to state that I gave all 5 stars because I literally had no problems whatsoever throughout the entire process. It wasn't out of laziness to do a proper review. Josh responded to all communications both by phone and by e-mail quickly. He stayed on top of the whole process always ready and eager to give me an update when I requested one (if I requested one as he kept me up to date the majority of the time on his own). Working with Josh was a pleasure. When I first contacted Josh, I had just started working self-employed. Josh clearly explained to me the approval process and the challenges this would pose. I was able to switch to being a W2 employee, and Josh handled everything else, and I'm now in my new home. The whole process was smooth.
