Joshua was so very kind,helpful, and just pleasant all the way around . From the very first phone call to the very end he made the whole process very easy. Josh was very conscientious a polite during all of our conversations. He always got back to us in a timely manner whether it was by email or phone. His assistant was just as kind and proficient. We had not completed a construction loan in over 40 years, so we had lots of questions.
Josh and Kara were awesome throughout the whole process, especially for me being a first time home buyer. Every time I emailed them with my questions (and believe me, I had A LOT) they got back to me right away and explained everything clearly. They both helped make the process very easy and stress free. I couldn't have asked for better people to work with! I would recommend them to anyone and hope to work with them in the future if I decide to purchase another home!
Joshua and his assistant Kara were both extremely helpful and professional. Josh went out of his way to insure our rate was locked even when the builder had to extend the closing date. I would recommend them both to anyone seeking financing.
