Joshua was so very kind,helpful, and just pleasant all the way around . From the very first phone call to the very end he made the whole process very easy. Not having bought a home in over forty years, this process could have been overwhelming but not one time did we feel overwhelmed. I would recommend him over and over again. Even on a day that I personally was having a bad day he was very patient with me

We requested a mortgage and closing with a purchase in Little River while we were still in Pennsylvania within thirty days. Success with Joshua with BBT. Very easy to work with and at all times professional and courteous. A pleasure to work with his staff and just recently my mother in law from Pennsylvania is having the same great experience with her relocation down to SOuth Carolina

Josh was very conscientious a polite during all of our conversations. He always got back to us in a timely manner whether it was by email or phone. His assistant was just as kind and proficient. We had not completed a construction loan in over 40 years, so we had lots of questions.

Josh and Kara were awesome throughout the whole process, especially for me being a first time home buyer. Every time I emailed them with my questions (and believe me, I had A LOT) they got back to me right away and explained everything clearly. They both helped make the process very easy and stress free. I couldn't have asked for better people to work with! I would recommend them to anyone and hope to work with them in the future if I decide to purchase another home!

Joshua and his assistant Kara were both extremely helpful and professional. Josh went out of his way to insure our rate was locked even when the builder had to extend the closing date. I would recommend them both to anyone seeking financing.

Josh always made himself available to us to answer any questions or concerns we had. He made doing all the necessary paperwork easy and not stressful. He worked diligently to get our VA loan done in 24 days which was unheard of. We are forever grateful to Josh and his team for their hard work.
