We were able to not only use Josh and his team's services once, but twice in 2016. He helped us in April purchase a new home and once again in November when we bought a condo at the beach. Our second realtor had never worked with Josh and was blown away about how on top of things he and his team were. I would definitely recommend and go back to Josh if I needed any of the services that they provide.
