I spoke with another lender before Josh, and Josh blew them out of the water. He explained every option available to me and gave me the pros and cons of each. I felt like he truly cared about giving me great service. Josh was very efficient and often times emailed or called me after hours- definitely not "banker's hours." We were able to not only use Josh and his team's services once, but twice in 2016. He helped us in April purchase a new home and once again in November when we bought a condo at the beach. Our second realtor had never worked with Josh and was blown away about how on top of things he and his team were. I would definitely recommend and go back to Josh if I needed any of the services that they provide.

Mr. Epps was excellent in describing the process. He told us the exact information that would be needed and when. If we had any questions Kara was equally efficient in getting the answers to us promptly.

Josh and his assistant were pleasant to work with and were timely. When buying my new home, they were there from start to finish. Josh's team also answered any question and I had a lot of them, as this was my first experience purchasing a home. Both were very knowledgeable. Working with them was a great experience.

Josh is the absolute best loan officer I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He is down to earth and understands we are not all millionaires. From the start we discussed all options to include the best option for my family. He wasn't trying to pressure us into a loan that would benefit him the most. But rather what loan was best for us. Trying to get a mortgage from out of state could be very challenging and time consuming. Josh and Kara did a great job listing out the info needed and worked quickly . He and Kara worked though all issues and managed to do the leg work , minimizing the time I spent to get the mortgage processed. He responded to my calls quickly and extremely professional. We closed on time at the rate committed to with no surprised. He and Kara are a tremendous asset to BB&T

Well it sure seemed that way to me! The whole process of course has become really painful after 9/11 and the mortgage crisis...you almost need a note from your Mom to get a loan! Josh was very helpful and made everything go smoothly. One time I emailed him a question or two at 9pm on a weekend and got an answer in 2 minutes. Amazing!
