Trying to get a mortgage from out of state could be very challenging and time consuming. Josh and Kara did a great job listing out the info needed and worked quickly . He and Kara worked though all issues and managed to do the leg work , minimizing the time I spent to get the mortgage processed. He responded to my calls quickly and extremely professional. Well it sure seemed that way to me! The whole process of course has become really painful after 9/11 and the mortgage crisis...you almost need a note from your Mom to get a loan! Josh was very helpful and made everything go smoothly. One time I emailed him a question or two at 9pm on a weekend and got an answer in 2 minutes. Amazing!
