I just have to say we have been with this vet since they opened. They are all great people. Dr Olson is such an awesome Dr and reminds me so much of Kecia who owned the vet. Their is not much she can't do. She's very conservative in her treatment. I recently had to put my Saint Bernard down. It's always hard when this happens. Nala grew up with the staff at Jules. We've been going to Jules for years now. They are always very attentive and do their best to keep my dogs comfortable and healthy. The staff is great, always helpful, always sincere. They were especially compassionate when the time came to euthanize one of my dogs. I will always be grateful for that.

Jules really loves animals (it's not just a job to them) Kane's surgery went well & being a pitbull, they were extra gentle towards him cuz he can be aggressive....he was comfortable with all staff & Dr Montoya did a gr8 job. I'm now changing Vets from previous vet to Jules 4 now on. When my Pit is happy, so am I :) Aloha, Joycelynn & Kane :*

My cat came from the philippines and she usually screams and bites the vets when they give her shots, but here in jules vet she was so calm when she got shots. She was scared and shivering from nervousness but the vets were comforting her and making her feel at ease. The vets here really know how to care and handle cats

This is where you take your furbabies for excellent care. The staff is so caring and supportive. If you're concerned about the costs of your pet's care, they will work with you and find an option that works for you. They truly care about the animals wellbeing. The groomers too, are excellent in their skills and care of each pet. I have one dog, a poodle, that is particularly sour in nature. Jenny is so good when working with him. Relatively new to this office, but so far the experience has been meh. I truly do not understand why they put people on hold right away no matter what time of day you call. And then you sit on hold for 10 - 15 minutes every time. Please, make it make sense! My dog had surgery here, have had grooming, and used the cat boarding services, all of which went well for the most part. I'm sticking around for now because my trusted staff from the now closed Tracy Veterinary Clinic has transferred here, so I'm hopeful, but please do b... read more

I am so glad I found Jules veterinary Center for my hamster, Flower. She had injured her foot. Dr. Olsen and the staff at Jules veterinary center was very professional and gentle with her. They also gave me a reasonable price and a follow-up call to check on her recovery. They are the best hamster vets in Tracy. I highly recommend them to anyone who loves their furry friends.
