Oil change was fine but replacing battery took like 45 minutes with 3 guys just looking at it for Swahili until I went out into the service area.then they didn't reset things and I had NO screen and NO radio so had to go all the way back out to Toyota to have them reset that from replacing battery!!!!!

I paid for new parts like air filter and new wiper blades and old ones or still on there

The service department seems to be divided into at least two parts and if you do not l ow which division to ask for then the people seem not to know what has been serviced on your vehicle and what has not. The people you schedule the service at times say things which intimidating. Past experience tells me they may not always tell the truth.

They didn't tighten up the he skid plate bolts after an oil change.

Car was not ready when promised. Was not notified. Car was not washed as promised. Tire pressure was not checked. Car was not brought around to front of building. Front desk was not friendly. I have had my Lexus serviced here since I bought it new and this will be my last.

I specifically told them NOT to rotate my tires, but they did anyway.
