They completed my service in less than 10 minutes. My skid plate was hanging before i came in and forgot to mention it to them. I know they had to see it in order to change my oil and when i left it was still hanging so they either ignored it or didn't even change my oil. I also went somewhere else about a week later to replace a popped tire and my windshield wiper fluid was almost empty and they were supposed to fill all my fluids.

Poor service, check engine light was on while "world best inspection" was done , never was asked if I would like to have it checked. They did the oil change and that is all

Finally after 12 months I received a second key fob

This was not the experience that I envisioned when I purchased a luxury car. Many aspects of the process were not acceptable for any car purchase, especially not this one. Of all the car purchases in my life, this was by far the worst.

I didn't know and they didn't tell there would be a service fee. Not a labor fee which I was charged but a service fee also. Not real happy about this.

Horrible, I received my car back with dark on the leather and grease marks which is visible when the leather is white! They did nothing but say sorry.

When I purchased my vehicle I also purchased an extended warranty to cover interior care and even down to damaged rims... so I was told. The services department will not address any question on how to get fixes that should be covered. I was told at the time of purchase to contact the finance if I had any issues and I can not get a return call. Seems I have wasted thousands in this purchase. I have had issue after issue with the vehicle as well with major engine repairs it is a struggle at best.
