Limited Desk staff was rude, snotty, non-helpful. I paid way too much to only sleep in a room like motel 6. Check in at 4:00 pm and checkout by 11:00, with no exception, is ridiculous! Five hours to clean a room? Please! What a shame you can’t enjoy the property, pool, jacuzzi…. I’ll never stay here again. The decor

Poor Big fat cockroaches strolling around in your room and the property overall is run down. Hot tubs are not working, water is dirty and the heated pool…questionable!
Naja Im ersten angebotenen Zimmer war der Kühlschrank defekt, brummte sehr laut. Im zweiten wurde wohl nicht richtig abgetaut, Wasserlache mitten im Zimmer. Kaffeemaschine fehlte, Zutaten standen allerdings da. Im Bad und an der Türe lange schwarze Haare der Vorgänger. An der Rezeption war ein Mitarbeiter, der sehr teilnahmslos seinen Text herunterleierte. Ein ganzes Blatt voller Regeln musste Punkt für Punkt gegengezeichnet werden. Fair, would have enjoyed more amenities, breakfast or complimentary something. The room was not cleaned before my stay. The restroom had hair and was not wiped down. You could see dirt. The Linens were to be changed, and all surfaces were dusty. The bed had a spider on my pillow and weird brown bugs at night. The air conditioning unit had a distinct smell; air conditioning ducts need servicing. The Jacuzzi is nice, but the pools need to be cleaned of debris.
