Bad. I will never come back. Staff at the reception borderline unpleasant. No wifi. Had to ask for an alternate one by coming to the reception. There is nomphone in the rooms so people need to call the reception with their own phone if they need to. I got stuck in my room because a screw in the door got stuck. When I called the reception, twice, nobody answered. There is only one window and there is no possibility of opening it. 2 star hotel ACTING LIKE A BIG BOY . 420 BEWARE I was enjoying most of my stay, being impressed by the sparkling pools and the comfortable bed and pretty room decor and nice flat screen TV. However the problems started as I got into my stay. The pool area does not open until 9 a.m., which was disappointing enough but the front desk attendant failed to tell me that the pool area had a key code to enter on a key pad and she did not tell me the code. Gross, loud and sorry I booked here. The hotel was extremely dirty.The bathrooms were gross. Music blasts from outside the pool area into our room. If I turned off my tv, the hotel music was heard in my hotel room. No way to sleep b4 10:00 pm. TV did not work properly. The bathroom in our room had no window and yet their was no vent in the bathroom. Never told where I could get ice & I never found the ice machine. Not ideal if you want good lighting and internet, or a spacious room layout. Poor lighting, poor furniture layout, and very poor internet connection - almost none.
