Property was beautiful, very underwhelmed by services of house keeping. See above comment We arrived later in the afternoon I’ll check in day just kind of crashed took advantage of the property pool just to relax. Only had to do not disturb sign up one day the other two days over there. It was wide-open to be serviced and was never serviced until I called front desk and asked for more toilet paper at that point where it was twice and we’re heading home though. A safe place to rest my head. The property was positioned as a 4star. It was not a 4star. The room does have modern furniture, but overall it’s an update 2star property. I am 5’11 in height and my feet were hanging off the bed. I was staying in a double room, no wash clothes, 2 towels, and no lotion. My expectations would have been different if it was not marketed as a 4 star property It was one of the few properties available.

Decent No light available when coming into room; have to ask to have room cleaned and then they didn’t clean it; took wet towels but didn’t replace wash cloths or bath mat or hand towels; gave us one shampoo for two people for five days; changed door lock early on last day so were locked out the last day before check out time. Le nettoyage pas propre. Le bruit. Le lit pas confortable Le mobilier autour des piscines matelas et transat n’était pas propre. Mauvaise isolation des chambres surtout niveau bruit on entend les voisins et aussi la route très passagère Jacuzzi bien et bien chaud .1 piscine chauffée. café gratuit à l’accueil.
Expensive Beds moved when I would roll over. Big gap under main door. Had to ask for towels etc The scenery

Very Poor Too noisy cars on the road too close to the room and TV didn't work at all also looked like the broom and dust were not available there was a hairball on the floor. Beds were clean and somewhat comfortable

Mediocre room for way too much money. Facilities are still dated and show wear and tear despite supposedly being renovated recently. No microwave, clock or telephone in the room. The shower drain was partially clogged. It was just overpriced for the level of quality we received. Location
