My worst experience ever staying in a hotel anywhere! Manager was not present and when the front desk staff connected me with him, he was extrememly rude and disrespectful and refused to refund the stay. The room door lock was broken, elevator was falling apart. With exception of location and parking, the hotel is in a terrible state and should be shut down or management changed. It stinks of pot everywhere! Bathroom, room, and beds are beyond dirty and there are bed bugs.
Location is good hotel is not that great It’s average maintained motel kind of. Doesn’t have any breakfast Location is really good near metro station. Have limited parking
I stay at la Quinta inn quite frequently and this is the worst one I have ever stayed in When I checked out No breakfast, rooms were nasty, one of the rooms I rented had a key lock that did not work and was never fixed for the entire stay. Towels had hairs on them. Our beds were never cleaned or made for the 3 nights and 4 days. The staff did not care about my rewards program or didn’t want to help me with it
Not recommended , Too pricy for the level of Higiene . almost all , Needs better housekeeping .... Bathrooms had stains of use and sheets had blood stains also. strictly needs attention parking
Dirty dirty dirty A disgusting place. We couldn’t stay for the whole stay so we left after the first day and booked a Sheraton for 50 dollars more and was totally worth it. close to subway station so you can leave as fast as we came.
disgusted fear and praying for everything to be ok Allllllll!!!!!!! Just the location, if I was you, I really Will be consider in spending more 100$ or 50$ to staing in another Hotel, because this one is really scary, durty, unsafety in resume, horrible.
unpleasant almost everything nothing much to like about
Bad No me dieron parkeadero para mi truck
una mugre cañería dañada, ascensor en mal estado personal que no habla inglés no hubo limpieza en mi estadía del cuarto muchos restaurantes cercanos y acceso al metro
