BAD Room/ shower did not worked bed was not comfortable/every time you move it make noises breakfast was not available but it was included when reservations was made loud noises outside felt not safe people screaming loud at night in the lobby/like fighting really bad experience I tried calling hotel before I check in, no one pick up the phone called more than 10 time with no luck Location

Pésima atención, y una mala imagen de La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Queens (New York City). Una asistencia en español debió habérseme proporcionado, ya que lo solicite desde que hice la reservación, y de ese modo la comunicación hubiese sido mas eficaz y solicitar una atención eficiente por los valores cancelados por la habitación utilizada. Fair Not be fulled! We had to late check in and the hotel hosting employee. Was not helpful with the accommodation for parking. The room we got looked not cleaned serviced from the previous guest. There was not coffe machine, missing cover bedding only sheets, the bathroom missing soap and the robinet sink was broken. Room overall was not maintained at all. Sound that we got the off service room! Room 521. The furniture seemed like a dog have eaten them. The card to unlock the door it did not work when we got back to the hot... read more

The worst La Quinta Inn Hotel It was the worst experience in one La Quinta Inn Hotel. the customer service was bad, the rooms were horrible, the bathroom was in really bad conditions, they don’t clean the rooms at all. The doors, the lights, the lavabos, everything didn’t work and they didn’t fix anything during our staying. we booked two rooms and both were in really poor condition. It was a horrible experience. the elevator was not working. they put us on the 4th floor. Our blow dryer did not work. Our shower did not work.The tub had pink mold around it. The vents in the bathroom were very dirty. our room was right next to the elevated train.
