room was horribly hot and the shower head was broken
Convenient location
This property has gone down hill. Our floor in our room is wood flooring but it was so filthy as if it hadn’t been swept or mopped. The tub had dried up paint from over spray from the walls. The bathroom door didn’t lock and had water damage in the bottom. The door to our room wouldn’t lock with the dead bolt. We will not be staying there again.
Our hotel room was not cleaned properly. I had to clean it myself. The towels and sheets were clean but stained. Should have been thrown out. Staff was nice, although we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and check us in. Very close to Six Flags so it’s convenient. A perk is that the shuttle takes you to the theme park and pick you up. Pool area was really nice but crowded. It’s the summer so this is expected. Had to wait to check in because the girl was on her smoke break. Room 211 smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Sheet had a large stain on it, so i had to sleep on the comforter. Toilet seat had been replaced and didn't fit. There was no parking when we came back at night, so we had to park with several others in an empty field.
Checked in then couldn't access torooms, thier electronic key systems wasnt working, so you had dozens of customers standing in the lobby after they paid, and non of us could get into or access our rooms for hours
The AC was not cooling the room at all. The staff did their best and contacted maintenance but still did not cool the room and it was very hot. Staff was great and hotel was great besides that.
The gentleman at the front desk is the only positive thing I can mention about our stay. He was very nice and helped as much as he could. However, the rooms weren’t very clean. Kids running screaming down the halls, doors slamming all through the night. The AC units in the room were loud and made some unusual sounds as well. Hairs were found on the shower wall, and in the bed. Black marks on the pillow cases. Popcorn and gummy bears were found in the corner of our suite.
Hotel Was very clean. But people running around bumping on the walls all night. The front desk was the only one there and she was being yelled at all night! It was a busy night and she should of had some help!!
