The staff at your front desk was amazing - he was very polite and helpful. As for the room………… not a pleasant. The TV kept shutting off, the guy at the front desk walked me through how to reboot but then remote wouldn’t work, I tried rebooting it several more times before calling the front desk again. The male on staff was so gracious and moved me to another room, but the TV there was doing the same thing I was just too tired and frustrated to battle it anymore. Hotel sem manutenção, porta do banheiro suja de molho de tomate, banheira descascada, não tinha água para vender no hotel. Resumo : não recomendo apesar de ter uma excelente localização para quem vai embarcar.

Ofrecen servicio de Shuttle to the airport, pero no es verdad. y aun no han quitado eso de su pagina web, es la segunda vez que me pasa en este mismo hotel, yo me aloje aqui pensando en ahorrar algo con el traslado aeropuerto y tuve que pagar casi 30 dolares de ida y 25 de regreso al aeropuerto por que ellos no cumplieron lo que decian en la reserva.

There is NO airport shuttle available and the hotel will not reimburse you for any taxi expenses. Our sink faucet did not have any running water, the shower has MOLD everywhere, there was zero heat main floor so too cold to eat in the lobby area for breakfast and entire hotel is worn down and filthy.

We solely booked because of its closeness to ABIA which offered a surtos service to the airport. At checkin the attendant said the shuttle was out of service. I asked for a secondary transportation method (Ride Service) and he said I would have to book my own and request management for reimbursement via email. Next morning I booked a ride, sent the receipt to management and a week later I have not received a reply from management on the 3 emails I’ve sent. If you book after reading this, that's on you. The lady at the front dest was nice, but that's where it ends. The airport shuttle wasn't running (never mentioned when booking), there's no wifi ("none" written on the key holder), door handles were missing, dirt and grime covered the room walls, trash bag tied over the smoke alarm, the door frame for the outside door looked like it was going to fall off, and foam shimmies used on the doors to make sure they actually shut.
