Really bad beds and difficult to operate shower Beds were horrible....deep divit, lumps, worn out broken mattresses on both beds. The shower also needed repairs,...my husband could barely turn the faucet on with 2 hands. The room should have been taken out of service Elevator was dated but functional Convenient to airport

It was affordable and convenient and the day staff was lovely The elevator was dirty and janky and the locks were iffy Eh. Idk. I’m on the fence here. Room was clean as clean could be for old fixtures and broken lock mechanisms ergo. It’s better than Quality Inn?

The bed was clean and the staff were great. The room itself was needing repairs and paint. It was a bit tired. Small dents in the walls, grime on the baseboards, hooks coming out of the wall. The front desk staff were great.

Probably would not stay at this location again. Elevator was down and the convenience shop did not have any essential toiletries a traveler might need or first aid essentials. Parking lot was clean and well lit. Not a lot of people hanging around late at night. Beds and bedding was clean and comfortable.

Bad NO NOS REGRESARON EL REEBOLSO QUE PAGAMOS AL LLEGAR EL CUAL FUE DE 100USD dijeron que nos llegaría en 4 días y ya pasaron 3 meses y sigue sin reflejarse No nos regresaron el reembolso que pagamos al llegar el cual fue de 100USD

Not great.. Elevator was broken the entire stay. We were on the 5th floor. When I asked if the elevator was fixed yet, the staff member laughed at me and said nope. The room smelt very musty. I found a room.
