Will never stay at La Quinta again. No housekeeping, the room was not cleaned or refreshed during the 3 days, elevator is out of service and we had to use another elevator in another section then Walt to our section and then take the stairs, Beds are very uncomfortable, Bathroom door kept getting stuck and it was dirty. AC unit was very loud.

Mediocre Bro—-charge us all $5 extra dollars and serve a protein for breakfast. Whoever heard of fake scrambled eggs and hash browns for breakfast with no breakfast sausage or bacon??! Also, I asked if I could check out at noon since I stayed 2 nights and have status at Wyndham and they said it would be $30??! On a Wednesday. Lol. The day staff is something else. The king room layout was kind of cool. The Texas shaped waffles. My neighbors were playing really good music that I could hear thru the paper thin walls.

Loved the staff and location, but the hotel needs some updating The elevators, halls, and room. The elevators need updating and the rooms and halls looked like staying at a motel instead of a hotel. Not the mention the air conditioning unit was broken and the front of it was hanging off. The location and staff

Not good we have been to thousands of hotels and never treated so bad for coming 30 minutes early Arrived at 2:30 for the lady to tell me I can’t check in to the room till 3 . So we had plans with family in Austin so we came back at .8 or so to get a room and the room has an air conditioner pulled apart and a musky smell with fans all over the floor . So went back down different hostess and she was very polite unlike the first girl who ran us off because it wasn’t 3. So she gets us another room which the keys wouldn’t work h... read more

ACL It was in poor shape, needs a lot of maintenance and it was extremely dirty The location

The worst Laquinta I've stayed in and most of the staff didn't speak or acknowledge us as guest The building needs updating, the elevator is nasty and raggedy, the doors in the room were best up and the tub was DISGUSTING, had some black looking mold all around the tub Sarah was really nice and our driver to the airport Tues morning 10/8

Will definitely not stay there again. The bathrooms are gross. The water dripped yet the shower didn’t work. The rooms have a very musty smell. Unfortunately due to logistics I couldn’t change hotels, or I would have. The staff was very nice.
