The king bed sags. I have never had such thin flat pillows. Our room was not made. We were informed that breakfast ends at 10am. When I was down for breakfast at 9:20, on Monday, I was told that on weekdays it ends at 9am. The shuttle was broken two days prior to our stay. However we were not informed. There was no compensation when I had to uber my way to and fro the airport.

It took over an HOUR to be picked up from the airport. The hotel is 20 minutes from the airport (not 9 as stated on the website). The first shuttle in the morning leaves at 7, not 6. Overall a terrible experience

I won’t be coming back. The Front desk was really nice and gave us a new room as we complained. The first room we stayed at was definitely not the cleanest. There were stains throughout the room, the telephone looked like it had not been cleaned in days, and we didn’t even use the hairdryer because it was so disgusting,probably also hasn’t been cleaned properly. Terrible hotel . 2 hours waiting to be picked up and finally they tell us they don’t provide transportation . Don’t stay there and terrible attitude the person in the front desk

The tub was filthy. A dead roach in the closet. It is old, but lots of damages in the room & halls that could be addressed.
