Very old
Door handle was broken which made it difficult to open door. Staff were not helpful with the situation as we were told that the majority of the handles are broken. Room was old and dirty. Black spots on shower pan which I can only assume was mold.
We found big roaches in the room twice. Mattress was lumpy, old and sharp. Pillows lumpy. Outdated. Dirty
Extremely Noisy & “Unsleepable” Stay – No Real Solution Offered I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this La Quinta really deserves a warning to others. The staff were polite, but my room had a constant loud rumbling/banging noise—like someone pounding on the walls nonstop. It never stopped, not for a moment. Elevator was down and we had to walk up the stairs to the 4th floor with our luggage. Shower didn’t have any cold water. The room keys stopped working and I wasn’t the only one with that issue.

When checking in I was informed that the elevator servicing the only rooms with King beds was out. That required walking up, no less than three flights of steps or taking an alternate elevator and walking a significant distance. Because of the inconvenience, I asked if there would be any reduction in rate. I was told by the Staff member whose name I can’t recall that he didn’t have the authority to give any rate reduction.
