Super Super old inside We stayed at this hotel for two nights! I thought that when I saw it painted on the outside they had also remodeled it inside but no, everything was super old in the rooms! a lot of musty smell! The horrible elevator with a bad smell and writings on the walls, the only place where it feels comfortable is in the backyard! The air conditioning was so old it barely worked! Petit dej désastreux, quasi aucun choix, machines en panne, personnel peu agréable la chambre est très grande et le lit confortable. Very horrible First room I was assigned to had a broken tv (325), they change my room to 313 and this rooms entire door frame was broken as well as the shower handle. Elevator closet to room 313 was very damaged and needs service. Next to the frost floor elevator there is an air vent, coming out of that air vent was small roaches crawling around and back into the vent. Had I not of been exhausted from being at a wedding and an early flight the following morning (reason for my travel), I would’ve requested a refund from this ... read more
Good location although not great value for money Breakfast was incredibly disappointing. There were also non hotel guests walking in and helping themselves to the food. No bar or area to relax in the evening, although there were a few food places nearby. Good location and free airport transport was very helpful.

Untrained staff and no hairdryer in room. Inexperienced staff with little or no training in the new operating system. Even with training it is doubtful they will be able to comprehend unless it is very basic. They were even unfamiliar with the operation of a xeox machine when I requested a copy of a document they had me sign. The staff did not know how to operate the new computer program. It took over 30 minutes for them to complete the check-in transaction.

Let’s just say I will NOT be back Being charged for a late check out , was unfortunately still running late beyond that and was rudely bombarded by manager and two other employees, they have a job to do , but good customer service is a key ingredient The location
