Loved the staff and location, but the hotel needs some updating The elevators, halls, and room. The elevators need updating and the rooms and halls looked like staying at a motel instead of a hotel. Not good we have been to thousands of hotels and never treated so bad for coming 30 minutes early Arrived at 2:30 for the lady to tell me I can’t check in to the room till 3 . So we had plans with family in Austin so we came back at .8 or so to get a room and the room has an air conditioner pulled apart and a musky smell with fans all over the floor . The worst Laquinta I've stayed in and most of the staff didn't speak or acknowledge us as guest The building needs updating, the elevator is nasty and raggedy, the doors in the room were best up and the tub was DISGUSTING, had some black looking mold all around the tub Sarah was really nice and our driver to the airport Tues morning 10/8

Will definitely not stay there again. The bathrooms are gross. The water dripped yet the shower didn’t work. The rooms have a very musty smell. Unfortunately due to logistics I couldn’t change hotels, or I would have. The staff was very nice.

Didn’t get any sleep due to no sound barrier with room next to mine Room i was given had a door access to room next door and everything could be heard as in their conversation, loud tv and worst of all they had a puppy dog that cried all night !! Never will stay there again. I don’t mind pet friendly hotels but when the only thing keeping the sound down is a door that’s just unacceptable
