Property was dirty and dated, our bathroom door couldnt even close all the way due to door damage and swelling. Paint chips ans rust everywhere. To make matters worse, we saw a large dead cockroach in the breakfast area. Even after they finished cleaning up breakfast for the morning, it was still there! Clearly they don't care about properly cleaning. The one upside is that the staff was friendly and helpful, but overall wouldn't recommend this hotel, even for a quick overnight stay.

run down rooms beds to small for a queen size smoke smell
Incredibly slow & scary elevator (very very old with lots of lurches), mold on both lampshades.
The building as a whole was in a pretty rough state of repair. Chipped walls, cracked trim, rotting out shower floor, and the elevator was in bad shape.
Staff was great, the bed and pillows amazing, the room and shower were dirty. The breakfast needs some love for sure. Besides these it’s a great hotel.

Nice gym but both treadmill’s were not operable. Could tell this had been the case for a while. Put a sign on them for goodness sake.
