building in in poor shape suprised it still has the la quinta name first room had water damage all around window and looked like the plug for a/c unit had burn marks around it the second room needed caulking around shower toilet seat was coming off and the handle to bathroom door was gone location
Staff was great, needs updating. Very out dated, walls to room were dirty. The staff was great.
Ok, wenn man auf der Durchreise ist, maximal aber eine Nacht Sehr unfreundliches Personal, auf dem Zimmerboden waren überall kleine Steinchen, die man durch den dunklen Teppichboden nicht sehen konnte, Badezimmertüre ließ sich nicht schließen, schlecht isoliert Sehr nah am Flughafen gelegen
Stayed 4 hours and left. I had multiple cockroaches in my room and ultimately decided to check out and move to a different hotel. The room smelled badly also. Location close to airport
Uncomfortable stay The hot elevator the used pillows and AC did not cool the room for an uncomfortable night. The shampoos and soaps were used. So it was not good for whoever made the beds because they did not change the linen or pillows The upgrades and look were nice and the breakfast was decent.
Room was decent for the price, but I would probably choose a different hotel if I had to come back. The room was musty and there was mold all along the inner bowl of the toilet and spots of mold were in the shower as well. The elevator on our wing of the hotel did not work, so we had to carry luggage up 5 flights of stairs The location was decent and close to breakfast spots. The room was cool and comfortable, and the A/C stayed nice and cold all night.
I will never book there again. the bed was so uncomfortable. The head of the bed had a dip that was permanent. It felt like an obese person has sat there and was a dip where the head should be resting. THE bed and pillows were lumpy. Pt sheets felt itchy. I cut my trip short because I didn't want to sleep another night there. location was good, staff was nice.
Descaso com o cliente Cheguei de madrugada no hotel, com minha familia sendo duas crianças. O atendente simplesmente informou que nao havia recebido a informação do Booking e nao podia fazer nada. Liguei para os suportes do La Quinta e Booking e estou aguardando ate agora a devolucao entre o valor paga no hotel ( tive que pagar novamente no Hotel) e o que ja havia pago para o Booking. Sem comentarios
