Was extremelly dirty with limited maintenance and both times the guests nxt door were making loud noise

Owner lets broken & damaged things stay that way: elevator, bathroom door, torn wallpaper, badly stained tub… And terrible (powdered?) eggs daily with apparently same sausage patties put out next day— couldn’t cut them

Good shuttle service
We have been staying at this location for 4 years now and it’s gotten worse every time. This time it was terrible we checked in and our keys didn’t work went down stairs 3 other people had the same issue. Got new keys only 1 worked. On our last night our neighbors had the same issue with their keys. Side and back door wouldn’t unlock the doors my husband just pulled on both they opened so not secure then twice while we were there the elevator wasn’t working had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs multiple times with all ... read more
There was a dead roach smashed on the wall.
Good spacious room, the tub was NOT good, There was a young girl in the food area incharged that day; as requested to clean bathroom and make beds clean towels; NASTY little individual. She answered…. that just depends of how many days we’d been there
