Fair The issue I had was that the room had mold in the restroom. The ceiling looked like it washed to fall and the wall was coming apart as well Lobby area was nice
Fair Breakfast was fine. The water pressure was nearly non-existent and our "handicapped room" only allowed the shower water to come thru the handheld shower wand with NO way to hang it on the wall to stand underneath the small spray of water.
Unhelpful hotel manager - just read reviews - stock comments that make no effort to address customer Obviously it isnt value for money on as being the F1 prices were sky high, but one would expect a little more effort from the staff and hotel manager. Rooms are cleaned on request, hotel is generally tired. Biggest issues was WIFi being non-existant - which given the F1 is the bigegst event in the Austin year a little planning would be expected as occupancy was high. Awful, will not be returning. The front desk assistant Michael, was extremely rude and disrespectful to both myself and my partner. He stated that the hotel did not receive payment from booking.com and we should find somewhere else to stay. He refused to see my confirmation number and my proof of payment. He also said we should fend for ourselves, even though I needed to wake up at 8am for a job interview and we were checking in at midnight.
Location fine. Internet terrible Internet access and speed was abysmal. Absolutely unacceptable in 2023 standards Location was good and convenient to the airport and COTA

Poor Das komplette Hotel ist vollkommen verwahrlost, die Zimmer sind nicht Sauber, die Installationen defekt und / oder beschädigt, Aufzug, Tapeten, Teppiche verwahrlost, der Außenbereich schmutzig und die Stühle und Installationen beschädigt. Furchtbarer Zustand des Hotels Die Lage ist super, generell gibt es tolle Sachen im Hotel, wie der Außenbereich, Der Poolbereich, die Launch.
Don't book this hotel. First, the room was not clean,there were cracks in the wall. The shower would not stop dripping. They said they were going to give me a new room and they didn't. The price at booking.com was higher than the hotel price.. Ac was not working in the dining area. It was just a bad experience all the way around. Tried telling booking.com about the price difference , and we will see if they refund the difference. If they dont, this will be the last time i use them for a hotel. A place to crash, nothing else Once outside of the room all the common areas were in very bad condition, the elevator was very scary, I felt in a horror movie every time I had to take the elevator The room was clean, bathroom renovated and comfortable bed
