I was very disappointed it was my birthday and the room wasn’t nice. I feel like I wasted money Our room smelt like mold and dirty carpet. Elevator wasn’t working properly. We liked the location
Fair Lacking cleanliness in the rooms. There were spots of vomit on the carpet, mold on the a/c unit, building is not secure. Could definitely use some repairs and upgrades. Good location
Bad This place was utterly disgusting. Stains on the sheets and smudges on doors. Very loud. You can hear people above and next to you. I checked out the next day when I paid and booked for three. Also I am still waiting for my refund after a week.
You get what you pay for. I’d do it again because it’s on the cheaper side and has a wonderful amenity: shuttle service. The host who tried to tell me to wait from eating breakfast at 5:50am when breakfast was available and the shuttle was leaving at 6am. This did not ruin my trip. In fact it is a small thing but these small things matter to your guests at least on some level. I just thought it was an inconsideration. Mala comunicación Que anuncien que no tienen alberca, yo llevaba a mis hijas por la alberca Reservé porque según tenía alberca y cuando llegó a la habitación me dicen el horario de la alberca y a la hora de ir a disfrutarla mis hijos, me dijeron que estaba cerrada temporalmente y les dije que yo iba a ese hotel porque mis hijas querían alberca y solo me dijeron que lo sentían y les dije que porque no me avisaron cuando pregunté el horario,
Terrible staff. The airport shuttle was down which was 80% why I booked here. When I asked what they would do I was left with come back in the morning and check to see what the status is (morning of my flight.) I did so and to no surprise it was still down. I asked if they could have another Wyndham hotel next door pick up people in the meantime and was told they operate completely separate. Short stay wouldn’t recommend Hotel looks dingy, elevators smell horrible, staff wasn’t very friendly, and there was glass in the parking lot because someone busted a window to break into a vehicle. Location
Absolutely the worst hotel staff Everything horrible The staff at the front desk was so rude unprofessional insulting absolutely by far the worst employee one could run across. He questioned my identity refused to check me in after showing 3 credit cards passport and DL. He made a scene and embarassed me and my coworker who turn3d and walked out.
