Old property and it shows

The beds and pillows were hard, it smelled musty. Carpets worn. The pool was green and could not be used

Ran down rooms. Elevator not working. Dirty

outside access entry doors were not locked. Although a sign says entry is only with room card, both doors were not locked, and it was impossible even to close them securely. In addition, both elevators were not working. We had to ask the clerk to come turn one of them on. The elevator creaks and groans. Inside of it looks like from a ghetto. Room smells musty and humid.

The beds do not have all enclosed mattress protectors. Just an overlay, which is disgusting. The bathroom sink had very narrow stream and no pressure. Shower had weak water pressure also. The hotel is very old. The elevator is scary old looking. We were only there to sleep and was gone very early so no other amenities were used or seen.

Not what you see on website. The pool was a green swamp. The elevator was a mess . Railings loose chipped paint and damaged. Halls were dirty and nasty. Never been to a La Quinta so poorly maintained.
