Elevador not working and I was told until I was given the room key , my knee hurts due to a fall and I struggle to get to other side and used stairs 3 floors

Family vacation that never happened . The pool was green. The elevators were broken and had to walk up to the 5th floor. We picked this hotel specifically for the pool and the location and it was horrible. The breakfast eggs and sausages were gross too. Never again. I have stay at other locations and this was the worst.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever booked. The elevator was broken and had to hike 5 flights with our bags. They didn’t have the right size room for our family even though we booked it ahead of time. And they had one way to fix it. There were cockroaches everywhere. Ceiling was falling in and full of mold. And the room smelled terrible. It was so bad we left and booked a different hotel. The only positive was they let us cancel our stay.

Avoid if you can. Staff at check in friendly, but they were the best part. Dirty bathroom, hallways, green pool full of debris. Overall the property is in poor shape and the pictures are not representative of it's current state.

Old building that needs some remodeling. I didn’t trust the elevator… there were also parts of the roof in the hallway with watermarks.

The staff was very friendly however the hotel seemed to smell like mold, and the pool was not working.

Stay somewhere else Found spider in our room, a/c cover was off, they offered to send a maintenance guy to take a look at it, which I was not interested in at 10PM, they should have offered another room, huge bug on stairwell wall. Asked for refund and stayed somewhere else.

Airport shuttle was broken down, elevator was broken, treadmills broken, coffee cold, pool was green and dirty. Room was clean.
