Terrible staff. The airport shuttle was down which was 80% why I booked here. When I asked what they would do I was left with come back in the morning and check to see what the status is (morning of my flight.) I did so and to no surprise it was still down. I asked if they could have another Wyndham hotel next door pick up people in the meantime and was told they operate completely separate. Poor
Short stay wouldn’t recommend Hotel looks dingy, elevators smell horrible, staff wasn’t very friendly, and there was glass in the parking lot because someone busted a window to break into a vehicle. Location
Absolutely the worst hotel staff Everything horrible The staff at the front desk was so rude unprofessional insulting absolutely by far the worst employee one could run across. He questioned my identity refused to check me in after showing 3 credit cards passport and DL. He made a scene and embarassed me and my coworker who turn3d and walked out. Step up from Motel It’s in need of some repairs, a lot of graffiti and banged up walls, pool was closed off, so don’t expect to be taking a dip. The location is convenient
Fair Me hospedé desde el viernes y el día sábado no me limpiaron la habitación, y además de eso recién llegado en el baño había un mal olor y era la cortina de la ducha al parecer no la lavan El desayuno no estuvo a la altura de toda la gente que se hospedó ese fin de semana

I regret booking and wasting my money there Our room was filthy we chose that location for the pool to then be told she we got there that it was out of Order then to make things even worse we called the fron to get extra pillows because the ones we got were flat the bed had black stains on it we killed not one or but 3 spiders in are stay the list goes on oh and from desk we’re not helpful at all total waste of our time and money so disgusting an disappointed There was nothing to like if I could give it a zero I would

Disappointing
Ok. one of our rooms was very shabby, the bathroom mirror's frame was loosing its paint the fan was rusted out, the whole room looked very abused. Staff was nice, location was close to the airport
