Untrained staff and no hairdryer in room. Inexperienced staff with little or no training in the new operating system. Even with training it is doubtful they will be able to comprehend unless it is very basic. They were even unfamiliar with the operation of a xeox machine when I requested a copy of a document they had me sign. The staff did not know how to operate the new computer program. It took over 30 minutes for them to complete the check-in transaction.

Let’s just say I will NOT be back Being charged for a late check out , was unfortunately still running late beyond that and was rudely bombarded by manager and two other employees, they have a job to do , but good customer service is a key ingredient The location
Fair The issue I had was that the room had mold in the restroom. The ceiling looked like it washed to fall and the wall was coming apart as well Lobby area was nice
Fair Breakfast was fine. The water pressure was nearly non-existent and our "handicapped room" only allowed the shower water to come thru the handheld shower wand with NO way to hang it on the wall to stand underneath the small spray of water.
Unhelpful hotel manager - just read reviews - stock comments that make no effort to address customer Obviously it isnt value for money on as being the F1 prices were sky high, but one would expect a little more effort from the staff and hotel manager. Rooms are cleaned on request, hotel is generally tired. Biggest issues was WIFi being non-existant - which given the F1 is the bigegst event in the Austin year a little planning would be expected as occupancy was high. Awful, will not be returning. The front desk assistant Michael, was extremely rude and disrespectful to both myself and my partner. He stated that the hotel did not receive payment from booking.com and we should find somewhere else to stay. He refused to see my confirmation number and my proof of payment. He also said we should fend for ourselves, even though I needed to wake up at 8am for a job interview and we were checking in at midnight.
Location fine. Internet terrible Internet access and speed was abysmal. Absolutely unacceptable in 2023 standards Location was good and convenient to the airport and COTA
