Fair price for low quality. Great location near airport and fair pricing based on quality of facility. Pool was empty and under repair on a 100+ degree day, air conditioning didn’t work in our first room but we were easily changed to a new room where it worked. Don’t let the free breakfast be a deciding factor. You’ll want to eat elsewhere.
Chegamos no hotel cansados após um voo internacional no início da madrugada e fizemos checkin. Às 5h da manhã o alarme de incêndio do hotel inteiro disparou e só parou após às 7h. Ninguém conseguiu dormir e tivemos que aguentar o barulho por 2h. Fizemos o checkout na sequência e não houve um pedido de desculpas sequer pelo ocorrido. Piscina do hotel está abandonada, suja e vazia. Café da manhã razoável para o padrão americano, destaque para o waffle feito na hora.
My car was broken into
I’m usually don’t like put a bad review, but this property description was not what I found there. My daughter want to go to the pool is been out off service for a couple months green water. Stuff not friendly. The property said no smoking but you got the employees smoking in the pool area I tried to walk my little one with asthma and they smoking in there. Rooms and doors were eating from a dog.
The room was dirty and they didn’t clean it a single time the few days I was there
Was looking forward to pool…..closed and looked like a sewer. Asked 3 times to fix bathroom faucet and finaly gave up! Asked to make up room….was told every third day. Hot breakfast same everyday. Toilet set was loose and tightened myself. Why ask. Employees were nice etc just conditions and follow up on requests. Pool put a damper on everything else coming from cold weather was a major damper on trip. Glad I didn’t bring kids. Looksd great on-line so really false advertising.
