The main reason we picked this hotel was the shuttle from the airport, but it apparently has hours that it runs so we had to spend extra money to get a ride to the airport. Bathroom sink faucet was loose and it didnt have hot water. Tub area looked pretty gross. Pool was not open. The juice machine at breakfast only produced water
This La Quinta needs help! The condition of the hotel was poor and not clean. We had stains all over walls, bulbs out, no use of pool area and green algae. This hotel needs a lot of upgrades. Service was average. Breakfast was just fine so that was nice. I would not recommend due condition of the place.
There appears to be prostitutes in the parking lot and a woman was snooping in cars earlier and we did report that. There was a loss of power and the when power came back on the fire alarm went off and continued for over an hour. The staff did not know what to do or how to shut the alarm off. The bathroom is NASTY. There is mold and mildew around the shower along with rust. The doors to the bathroom are missing handles and paint is coming off the doors as well. Not again We booked the LaQuinta for location and amenities. Pool wasn’t available, green and dirty. Room was ok, but mattresses are due for a replacement. U could feel the boxsprings. Bathroom was in a bad shape, dirty walls and rusted tub.
Had reservations for 3 nights this past weekend. As soon as we walked in took smelled so bad! It smelled musty, mildew like mold. Stuck it out for that night since it was late but the next day went to front desk to see if they can change us rooms and they had nothing available. Then came back the next day and a different girl was at the front told her our situation and that it wasn’t safe to be in a room that smells like mold and she told “you can’t just suck it up” she was so rude wish I would of catched her name. Nasty room that is very outdated. Room was flea infested and the hardware was missing from bathroom door.
The place needs some real TLC. The paint is coming off on certain areas and curtains and chairs are tearing up. If it wasn’t because of a big race weekend and sold out hotels everywhere I would’ve left this place
It needs to be updated. Our plumbing leek on the carpet around the bed. Everytime you used the shower, the floor got wet. Smelled mildrew
The room was in poor condition.
