Ok for just one night but pricey. Couldn’t sleep well due to bed had an extremely hard mattress and small cheap pillows. The bathroom doors was very noisy and hard to open and closed, not properly adjusted. Location
not a pleasant experience. there was problem with shower faucet in bath room, water temperature couldn’t be adjusted, and squeaking with bathroom and closet. Was awaken around 6 am due to the noisy sound made by other customer at the hallway.
it sucked all of my electronics were stolen not much
was bare minimum acceptable place to sleep for amount on race weekend. event weekend, rates were high (like 3-4x), room was normal laquinta tier. slight off smell, not the cleanest, entry floor not mopped prior to check-in. double bedroom bathroom had swing open saloon style doors and no lock and it wouldn't stay 100% closed. No fan in bathroom and shower clogged almost immediately (both occupants had very short hair). close enough to the race, place to sleep, tv had HDMI port to plug in personal device.
Won't be going back. door did not close right door plate was broken missing screws, we did not feel safe. People were smoking in both rooms next to us all we could do was smell smoke. shower leaked water all over floor. Room was not cleaned, bed was not made trash not taken out. people were parting until 3am. I even ask them to please be quite.
Very disappointing. Room prices inflated due to F1 Grand Prix weekend. Booked this due to breakfast being included, but it was a pathetic excuse for breakfast, so much so that we had to buy breakfast somewhere else each day. They will use COVID as an excuse but this is the 7th hotel on our trip around Texas, and the first with this chain, and none of the other chains have such a poor offering. Overpriced. No hospitality, just cute decor. Totally overpriced. Dont be fooled by the pics. It looks cute but it doesnt feel like a hotel. There is no hospitality. The Front desk guy was very rude. They still say they have early check in available on their website but when I got there, they did not allow early check in at all. The room was very small. TV didn't work. They didnt have an Ice machine available and they were not providing automatic room service, you had to ask for it. The last 2 were probably due to covid but o... read more
Way too expensive and missleading Elevator was dirty. No real breakfast was served, only this grab and go with packages of very unhealthy food. The room was over $250, no reason to be this missleading. Room never got cleaned during my stay. Airplane crew that got in at midnight didnt have their rooms ready. Room was nice, clean comfortable
