Room was in poor repair. Bathroom door was missing hardware and did not latch. The outlet in the bathroom was caved into the wall. There was a stained towel on the bathroom counter.

前の人の袋が洗面所にあった ドアの鍵の調子がおかしくカードキーなしでも思いきり体当たりすると鍵がなくてもドアが開くので部屋を変えてもらった。 シャワー室の床のカビが気になった

Location close to airport. Hallway lighting dim. Fixtures loose and rusty in room. Shows signs of wear. Only one elevator, far from front desk. Checkin reminder says breakfast costs $1 but reservation says free?

One of the worst options close to the airport Kind of a lame low rent experience.

It was disappointing that the pool wasn't open. We understand the weather hasn't been cooperating.

We only stayed there because it was close to the location we needed to be. the staff took more than 20 minutes to check us in. The room was "partitional," and the neighbors were up and loud until 2 am. We won't come back
