Did not receive my upgrade on room Room smelled really bad Ask for air freshener which I never received Tried to used the hair dryer and it almost exploded in my hand. I requested a new one but never received it!
Gross and not well taken care of. The bathroom was moldy. Beds were small. Terrible service

Pictures were deceiving I’ll start out with positives, affordable, beds were comfortable and nice TV in room. The cons were, bathroom had mold, elevator was scary slow, staff was not friendly.

Front desk lady threw my credit card back to me in the counter & didn’t pick it up and hand to me. I though that was rude

Worst experience ever Upon arrival the front desk clerk told me that the elevator was out of service on the side my room was on. She also mentioned that I would need to take another elevator on the opposite of the hotel then walk over the bridge and walk up stairs to my room. She told me that they had suites available but I would have to pay. Which I thought was unacceptable she then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t tell me that I have to pay but I free to get a room somewhere else. I told the clerk that I was a disabled... read more

Mi cuarto tenia un leak toda la noche no dormimos porque se oia el agua , el shampoo y acondicionador estaban a medias, y el personal de muy mal caracter, no tenia mi cuarto do not disturb sign y se tardaron en darmelo porque no tenian, las puertas muy sucias el baño tiene hongo (negro) me dieron otro cuarto y tiene como sangre en una pared

Very dirty. the lock on the door was broken. Shower was very gross not safely usable. Staff was pleasant. The shuttle doesn’t operate until 5 am so that’s something I wish I had known I would have spent the 30 extra dollars to stay in a decent hotel. For what you get this should be $16.
