Had to carry my bags up and down the stairs to the 4th floor due to elevator being out of service.
There was no elevador to the room I was asigned so we had to carrusel our luggage through the stairs. The response to this problem and service overall were bad as well. Wouldn’t return to this hotel.
Doors were open all night for all the people

Shuttle was a no show and property had no one at the phone to assist directly or through reservations

Worst hotel don't stay there. Bait and switch on the hotel. Booked a king size suite. Got there and they said all they have is a queen bed. And if I wanted a king bed room I'd have to pay an extra $40. Main elevator was broken so had to walk to the other end of the building to go up an elevator. Elevator had food and bugs all over the floor and it was there for both days we were there. We repeatedly told the front desk and staff and never was cleaned. The hotel was a mess and so understaffed.
